Have you ever wondered why those elite few people seem to be able to have no trouble in finding people to speak to about their network marketing or home based business? Have you ever been totally frustrated at your own results, and bewildered at the success of others?
They seem to be the ones that are on all the holidays, winning all the incentives, and they seem to do it effortlessly. You hear them telling you of the all the amazing achievements they have had, and it seems as if everything has just miraculously happened for them, without them even trying very hard.
In this article on The Art of Network Marketing Prospecting, I am going to dispel the myths, and help you to see the reality of why some people have no problems in the area of prospecting for their network or home based business and seem to soar over the mountains, while others never seem to get off the ground.

Network Marketing Prospecting – Step 1.
It all starts here. This is the most important component of your success when it comes to getting results. Be passionate and excited about what you are doing. DO NOT BE APOLOGETIC…Look at the way you are coming across, the words you speak, the way you stand etc. Are you coming across as a person who is confident, excited and knows that what they are doing is right? Or are you coming across as someone who makes excuses for why they are doing it?
Network Marketing Prospecting – Step 2.
Learn Posture. Posture says to the person you are talking to:
“You need to qualify to work with me. So tell me why I should consider working with you?”
If you treat your business as though it is something of value, so will other people. If you don’t no-one else will either. Posture is everything in this business. It is not just in prospecting, it is also in team development. More on this later.
Network Marketing Prospecting – Step 3.
Friends First. Yes that is right – Friends First. Do not think that just because you have the best product (yes that is right we all think we have the best product) or the best compensation plan (again we all think this) that you can get away with not building a relationship. Remember, people will always do business with the people that they care about over the people they don’t. So if they don’t care about you, or feel as though you don’t care about them, then they are not going to want to do business with you.
So “Friends First” is essential to achieving the results you want.
Network Marketing Prospecting – Step 4.
Get professional training. Remember that most people fail in this area. They spend too much time on understanding their product or comp plan and too little time on building themselves.
If you become a student again you will be the person that achieves major success because you are prepared to work on the number one thing, and that is you!!!
By being professionally trained you put yourself miles in front of your competition. Yes, you have competition. It is all those other people who are out there trying to build their home based businesses as well, however, you can shoot miles ahead of them just by being committed to your success and spend an hour a day on your personal development.
Network Marketing Prospecting – Step 5.
Learn Systemized Prospecting. This is the art of using a System (like Dual Networking) to do the prospecting for you, and using that System to help you to get your prospects wanting to buy into your opportunity.
Remember, people are looking for something that will help them achieve their dreams, something that will give them a track to run on that is proven, and getting results.
By having a System (like Dual Networking) at your finger tips, it puts you on the cutting edge. Most network marketers and home business owners have no idea about how to use a System or put one together, so when you find one it will be like “GOLD”. It is a System that will generate results for you and your team.
