SO IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE ICONTACT SYSTEM FOR 10 DAYS THEN YOU WILL START TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM THE DAY 10 MAKR. THE ONLY WAY THIS CHANGES IS IF YOU COME THROUGH A WEBSITE. SO IF YOU WANT TO CHECK THEM, DELETE YOUR EMAIL OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND THEN PUT IT BACK IN :)

I have a brand new osolean and glycoslim client that will get his osolean anyway now. I remember you said that there is an an osolean e course as well as a fat loss one. He was a warm market contact and hasn't received any email campaign yet. Would the osolean ecourse be relevant? And if so, how do I set this up?
Yes that is correct there is a seperate Osolean bootcamp especially for Osolean clients. And yes this would be relevant to him in any case. To add contacts to this bootcamp you have to manually log into iContact and go to Contacts, Add Contacts, then, Add Contacts One by One, and fill in their details and tick the correct List ie. Osolean Clients Contacts, to link them to. Then they will begin receiving the Osolean Autoresponder.
I've been inspired to go back to existing customers and create a list so they can be kept in the loop. Would you suggest that I put them on the Wellness Breakthough 7 day Ecourse? Or do you think I should have different emails to send them?
I would put them into a separate list but this also means that you would need to setup a new autoresponder campaign for that list. You can speak to icontact about a thing called "segments" and set them up as well, we do not offer training around these as they are more advanced however icontact are more than willing to help.
To activate the Fat loss Campaign; is the only way by entering the deatils on the landing page? or is there a way of adding a bulk list and activating the campaign?
THE FASTEST AND EASIEST WAY IS THROUGH THE LANDING PAGES. YOU CAN UPLOAD A CSV FILE THROUGH ICONTACT AS WELL IF YOU HAVE A LARGE DATABASE TO INPUT.
